The sample schedule below outlines the cadence of both the travel days on both ends of the retreat and a full day of programming. The other days will follow this same cadence.

Day 1 - Arrival & Anchoring

Crossing the Threshold: Remembering the Body as Home

We arrive together, orienting to place, rhythm, and one another as we step out of the ordinary and into something sacred, something set apart. Through conversation, ritual, nourishment, and rest, the body is invited to land and begin to feel at home.

Day 2 - Safety & the Senses

The Ground That Holds: Learning to Trust the World

This day focuses on creating safety through the exteroceptive senses—sight, sound, touch, and space. Together, we’ll explore how being held by the environment allows the nervous system to soften and presence to deepen.
