Jenni is a mother of three and has been practicing yoga for 12 years. She received her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2017 from the Davenport School of Yoga and has been teaching ever since. Her teaching style focuses on breath work to release tension in the body in the Hatha style. She has a passion for working with mental health and addiction and prioritizes a trauma informed approach.

In 2013, Jenni became a Licensed Massage Therapist after completing the course at the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Wellness. Her massage technique ranges from relaxation to deep tissue, tailored to each client's individual needs.  She also offers additional massage techniques such as hot rocks, cupping, reflexology, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage.
