Laura believes that art provides a voice to that which has no words. She found this to be true early in her own life, as an artist, and has been helping others reconnect to self and honor their truths since 2001, in a variety of settings. She cares deeply about the health and connection of humanity and the world we share with all things. One of her dreams has been to offer art as a profound tool of self-care, exploration, and connection in a community setting.

She is a board certified art therapist, certified SoulCollage facilitator, and prolific artist who doesn’t limit herself to a certain medium but gravitates toward clay, paint, poetry, and found object sculpture. She can be found outside all year around hiking, biking, sledding, visiting the neighboring goats, and gardening, just to name a few favorites.
