Lena Hann is a registered yoga teacher with an additional 100 hours of training in breathwork and meditation. A long-time "beginner" breather and meditator herself, she understands how difficult it can be to quiet a busy mind and find inward focus. Lena uses easy-to-understand language and gentle techniques to help students of all levels build knowledge and confidence that they can practice both on and off the mat. She has over 15 years of experience teaching in the health and wellness fields all over the world, including mostly recently while living abroad in Sweden where she discovered the Swedish concept of "lagom" --not too little, not too much--which perfectly encapsulates her mindfulness approach.
